Each quoted element is reconstructed from process parameters: material mass and yield, cycle time and machine rate, labor content, scrap allowance, tooling amortization, logistics, overhead structure and margin.

Where the quotation and the model diverge, the assumptions behind the difference are identified — process route, utilisation, staffing, batch size, allowances or investment recovery.

Results are prepared for procurement use: comparable cost structures across suppliers and locations, with the manufacturing reasoning behind each figure documented.
